I have the same problem. I installed Winter Assault first and it is in german. Any solutions?

Update : install DAWN of war GOTY edition alongside winter assault, in the same directory as "Dawn of war Gold", that way Winter assault will import the english from GOTY edition, otherwise it's solid german

This is cause Winter Assault is just a expansion pack, you always need the original game to play a expansion pack. On another way a Stand Alone expansion pack, like Dark Crusade and Soulstorm, dont need the original game cause it is a whole new game, so you can play it without having the original Dawn of War -- with races restrictions of course, what inst the Winter Assault case...

So you need the original installed or all you get is German lol

@arnikdrho yes you need the original DoW GOTY edition installed, and then u install winter assault in the same directory of DoW GOTY, that way it will import english language from it.

i deleted both DOW GOTY and Winter assault. re installed DOW GOTY and then Winter assault and its still in german.

Even more funny, steam just redownloaded WA for me and now it's german too, despite that I completed Imperial Guard campaign in english already.
