DoW - Winter Assault is only 7Mb?

I don't know if this problem has occurred with other people but I bought the Dawn of War Master Collection (which included; Dawn of War: Game of the Year Edition, Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, Dawn of War: Soulstorm and Dawn of War: Winter Assault) and had no problem installing them. But, from what I heard, Winter Assault is supposed to have it's own campaign and doesn't need the original game in order to play, but the file size is 7Mb. I have tried to contact Steam Support about this, but whenever I try to contact them, I get redirected to Sega's website with a list of there games, meaning I have no way of contacting Steam support.
Does anyone know how to help with this? (Thank you in advance)

Play it. Is the campaign there? I had a mega quick download for it too, but I can play the campaign. I think the Winter Storm content was bundled with the first game and unlocked with the 7mb file, since there were some Imperial Guard units in the first campaign that join in some missions.

Winter Assault has a launch game button in the your steam library, but when I click it, it says it has failed to connect to servers or something.

those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-.- they charge money , keep the cd key and denie any refound or compensation.
also how in hell can one actually contact a human at steam.
