I hated the F2 story part because I just couldn't drive the cars properly. What wheel are you using if any?

Not OP but have to agree that the F2 Cars definitely handle poorly, it's almost like driving a boat. It's odd how much easier the F1 cars are to drive with the same wheel settings (g27).

Do the F2 cars really have so much understeer in real life?

You guys DO realize that an F2 car is much different than a formula 1 car, right? To start off they're all the same, and 2, they have their own quirks and challenges that make them different. You guys are literally like "change the F2 car into something it literally isn't in real life because I don't like how it drives". Pathetic man. F2 cars are spec packages which is why they don't drive as well as F1. You'll just need to practice and accustom yourself to F2.

Literally nobody said that. The question that was posed is if anyone has tips on how to drive the F2 cars better because of the understeer.
Lando norris already said, that the f2 cars handle really strange. they are much harder to control with medium TC, than the f1 cars with not TC at all. they are so unstable on the throttle. This can't be right. You see a lot of fishtailing in real live f1, but not nearly as much in f2. so therefore f2 cars should be easier on the throttle. f1 cars have over 350hp more in power.

Trail braking is far more important in the F2 cars. Too much braking through corner entry phase will obviously slow you down, too little will take weight off the front and induce understeer.

George Russel stated that an F2 car handles like a cheap sedan, whereas an F1 Car handles like a luxury saloon car.

The results of the F2 doesn't really matter that much when you go into F1 afterwards. You can still pick your favorite team, even when you crashed in Abu Dhabi. So just skip this event if you don't like how the cars react or set the difficulty very low, if you want to win the F2 championship.
