Turned all LEDs to Off in MSI Dragon Center and the controller issue is gone... LOL
This one doesn't work for me. Disabling Steam Input just desactivates my Xbox controller, even after restarting the game.
Big Picture Mode> [Choose Game]>Controller Option> Force OFF
I use a 3rd party xbox one/pc controller. had all the keys on the gamepad reversed like X for B and left right were up and down. That fixed it for me and the controller still works even though it says every controller is disabled. It does say "per game override" so in my case i'd assume the game is detecting and using it anyway bypassing steam.
I see, cool it worked for you! In my case, I tried so many things for nothing that I just want to refund my game but... i bought it last november so...
