Locker keys in kamurocho bugged?

Hey guys, trying to find some missing keys, but they are REALLY missiong. I have checked walkthrough and they are supposed to be there, but nothing : A1, J1, C3, F5 and probably some others...

I am in premium game and haruka is with me. I have tried day or night, should I get rid of haruka or is it because of premium mode?

locker keys should not go away in prem ad, try without haruka and see if it appears again or double check you havent already gotten it or opened it
