My Cabaret Club recommendations
Here are my recommendations for the Cabaret Club beyond what others, like CyricZ mention in their guides. It is intended to be used along with those guides.

1. Get all the girls, including the DLC Ono twins. The Headmistress and Etsuko (the Obatarian) especially. At level 30, The Headmistress has the Escort ability which means she pre-loads at the start of a session.

2. Even before considering the championships, level all the girls to 30 and Koyuki to 40. Never mind the listed minimum levels, it's better to go in with all Black Belts. At level 30, even 8 Bronzes will kick butt in the Fresh League. And the Ono twins have their own specializations that they are good at.

3. Grind each league to a minimum of 8 to 10k fans. You want a constant stream of customers with one appearing mere seconds after an old customer leaves. You don't want time gaps.

4. While building up the fan base, make constant use of Give Expensive Gift. After you have the fan base you want, switch to Give Girl Reward.

5. The Mid level or "meh" reaction is acceptable. You can always get a chance to fix it later by answering a girl call.

6. When a girl calls for something, successfully answering her, will not only improve her energy, but will also improve a customer satisfaction one level. Meh becomes happy, and happy becomes very happy. I have never seen a girl call when the customer is unhappy or very unhappy. You will either get nothing or a trouble. Solving a trouble will help the girl, but not improve the customer.

7. An extended session counts as a Fever. If you have 2 extensions, and Fever is saved to level two, Go ahead and use it. All six will be fevered.

8. Save your fevers and use them strategically. Watch the timers. If you have two or more near the end of their time, now is not the time to use Fever.

9. If the only girls available for a new customer gets an unhappy reaction, you can load that girl, wait a second for a black line to appear on the timer, then hit Fever. He will turn happy immediately. Remember, don't hit Fever while the timer is solid white (and the girl hasn't sat down yet). Wait for at least the little thin black line to appear.

10. Fever cancels out Trouble.

11. During the championship, using Fever will reduce or sometimes cancel out the Opponent's Fever bar. Hitting Fever, after it only reaches Level one, may be a strategy to protect against the enemy's Fever. Also be advised, I have seen the Enemies getting dollar amounts higher than what CyricZ listed in his guide. He has an awesome guide otherwise, and I respect it.

12. Develop three teams. Team "A" will consist of all Platinums, followed by all Golds, then Silvers. Team "B" will start with the first unused girl (Gold or Silver), and the rest following in order. Since all girls are maxed, you don't have to be selective. Use Team "A" to grind in each League you are working on.

Team B will only grind in the Fresh League. Their purpose is to give Team "A" a rest, as well as to train any new girls, including the new Platinums. Train the new Platinums to Level 33-40. When The new Platinum reaches that level, you will use Team "C", which consists of the bottom 8 Bronzes.

Team "C" is there to give the new Platinum a rest, so she can join Team "A". Team "C" also Grinds only in the Fresh League.

Alternate between Team "A" and Team "B", for each round. Team "C" really only comes into play so Team "A" can be reset.

13. The Millionaire League is your money maker. After the final Championship is over, and all Platinums are level 40, Team "A" will consist of the 7 Platinums and either The Head Mistress or Etsuko. Using the Headmistress, each session will start with 5 Girls having Escort ability, so 5 booths will already be loaded. Be carefull, because this means all 5 will have their time end at the same time. From here on, alternate Team "A" in The Millionaire League and Team "B" in Fresh League. You will not spend any time in the intermediate Leagues beyond winning their respective championship.

14. Be mindful of where the selector is at all times. Remember that, after a Platinum is seated for her first time, the selector resets to the girl list. Also keep watch of the timers, and place the selector over the next timer to end, to try to stay ahead. The countdown for seating a girl, gives more time, than the girl trouble and end of session timers, so prioritize them.

15. There is no Oil Baron for the Fresh League, but Always for all others. This is another place where having the girls at max level comes in handy. Your "A" Team should give you the least workout to please him. The amount He gives increases with each League. During the championships, you still get an Oil Baron (though not in the Fresh League), but the enemy doesn't, you lucky manager you!

16. Unfortunately, CyricZ's guide is missing the following troubles

No Violence - Guest is swinging his arm at the girl while she cringes back.
No Light Music
No Fluff
No Binging
No Refills
No Projecting

I have only personally seen the first one. The others I have only seen as options to select.

17. Shoko's substory only takes place after The Millionaire's League win. So if you are wondering why it doesn't show after the three dinners, that's why.

18. As a bit of trivia, there is one more hand signal the girls give. It is for when an extension is accepted. They give a signal like the hands of a clock. You just don't have to do anything about it.

19. If a girl's session ends with the customer less then happy, always give a gift. Other wise always ask for the extension.

20. The model/floor plan for Club Four Shine in Kiwami 2 is exactly the same as for Club Sunshine in Yakuza 0, just with different textures. The second room in Sunshine is used for some substories. If you are wondering why they bother to include the second room in Kiwami 2, most likely you are just seeing an example of reusable code. It saves on reinventing the wheel, basically.

21. This is as far as I go. If I think of anything else, I'll add it later.

Wow, this is really comprehensive.

I didn't find it especially necessary to grind everyone to max level, though. What I did instead was always use my lowest-leveled lineup (excluding girls who were straight-faced or worse) until I could exceed the champion's score, then swap to my platinums and golds for the championships. Usually took about six or seven wins. Using that strategy, I kicked all of their asses first try. Like, double their score or more.

Yeah you really don't need to grind that hard before doing tournaments, also doing the tournaments is what unlocks the other platinum hostesses which are hands down the best ones. That suggestion just add unnecessary grind and misses out on the strong hostesses.
