How do you do consecutive charge square attack? for Heat Rush/Flurry attack

How exactly to do consecutive charge attack? people said that in order to do Heat Rush, you need to be in Extreme mode and do 3 consecutive charged square attack then triangle but when i do Hold Square->Release-> immediately Hold Square. Kiryu does the charge attack and immediately do quick normal punch and back to hold state thus break the combo because of the quick punch. i already tried to do with 360controller & mouse/keyboard but same result

Granny White gives the scroll for that skill then it's just RnG, but mostly works for bosses.

You need to unlock the ability first.

Did you forget to actually buy the ability? If you do have it then I don't know why it's not working.
