Can't find Demon Blade Mugetsu

I have all the other weapons and armor, it's the only item I'm missing, the only clue I have is that is in the Dragon Palace on chapter 16, but I already explored it before the final mission and found nothing, I also tried during the mission but I couldn't access it.
EDIT: Nevermind, I tought the Dragon Palace was the underground place at Kamurocho Hills, but it is the abandoned building you unlock in Substory #17.

Yeah, I completed all the bouncer missions, I have basically done everything that there is to do in the game (got 100% achievement) and still can't find that weapon.

I got both, a Kiwami Demon Blade untouched and then another one I broke and repaired to get the Demon Blade Muramasa.

yeah you needed to break it then repair it, the desc of the kiwami blade does hint at it but easy to miss i guess

so the same weapon, Kiwami Demon Blade, brakes into two different weapons, Demon Blade Muramasa and then on Demon Blade Mugetsu?

Actually theres 3 variants. Muramasa is repair one. Mugetsu is chap 16 weapon shop before fighting goda

Nope, he sells Myogetsu, not Mugetsu.
