Substories, at least most of them, are not really canon.

Even Yakuza producer and Kiryu's voice actor said that in their opinion Kiryu is a virgin.

Kiryu had hook ups in Y0 though, even after in Kiwami.
He did it with a Trap, a Cougar, Bunch 'o Telephone Thots and then there's all the b*tches he probably owned in prison too.

The Cougar scarred him and he ended up fist fighting the Trap. Both physically harmed him too

Do you mean the prologue? I believe kiryu was Young and Just want to do things to please the Clan, but after 0 he mature and is more Just overall( caring for children etc) so he not a Bully anymore.

In All the subquests the guys start the fight he Just defend himself thats why ibsaid he isnt a Bully , i never see him start the fight. Maybe in kiwami 1? I never play that
