Colliseum Tournaments broken?

I am not probably returning to finish this, but there was a substory quest to defeat someone specific in the Purgatory Colliseum, I suppose he would appear in the last tournament, but the last tournament never opens for me, after insane grind, I reached the S rating and it does not rise any higher, yet the very last tournament stays locked saying "conditions are not met". I have finished the story and every substory I could start (some are still missing, strangely enough).

he shows up in one of the early ones, you can just click on a tourney and see the three styles you're fightlng, cancel out and look again, you'll get a new set of three styles. his name is Gensho Kawauchi and the style you're looking for is Jujutsu. I fought him dozens of times randomly too, I think he shows up in pretty much any of them.

You need to complete the last substory, The Ultimate Assassin (and have S rating, but you've already done that), to open the last tournament.

What Legato said, also. When you get the list of styles before entering a tournament, you can go back to the tournament list to reroll the opponents until you see Jujutsu.
