Thats how you break the game easily. Virtua fighter 2 is broken because of the ring out dynamic
Not to drench on your parade, but this was exactly as it was in the original arcade version. Jeffery wasn't a simple foe to defeat and it was aggravating to fight anyone that came after him. But the worst offense was seeing that regardless of the difficulty settings this problem was set at default. I'm not a coward when it comes to difficult games but that crap insulted my intelligence and attributes.
It's even worse in Fighting Vipers. The "final boss" is a tough bastard from some place in hell.
