Severe stuttering issue, every few seconds

Heard this was an issue for certain people with Yakuza 0's PC port, tried closing out background processes and fiddling with settings but nothing seems to be helping so far. Anyone got any ideas?

Hm, not happening quite as often now, and the intensity seems to vary based on where I'm at, but still jarring, all the same. Hopefully this gets fixed, or someone figures out how to fix it.

You might want to try out BES, it fixed the stuttering for me in Yakuza 0.

Don't worry about it technically being a Kingdom Come deliverance mod. It works with any windows .exe process. Just set the limiter to the yakuza kiwami2.exe at about 2-10% and it should get rid of the stuttering.

Hmm. Pretty sure I'm doing this right, and all it really seems to be doing is making the game a little choppier. Stuttering still seems to be happening.

That really sucks. It's entirely possible that the reason why Kiwami 2 stutters is different from Yakuza 0 (Kiwami 2 runs on a different engine than 0). Try also setting the .exe priority as high as it can go.

I'm on a 1070, myself, but that's about all I ever remember off the top of my head. Still, it's an alienware machine, so it really shouldn't be having THIS much trouble. Pretty sure it's some weird thing with the game. Changing the priority didn't really do anything either.

Hmm. This is looking grim. May be we have to hope the people assigned to keeping the game updated are on the ball about bugfixing and look into this.

My 1060 is weaker and no studdering. Check Geforce exp n see if you got a update

God, I hope that's not what it is. GeF Exp is a bandwith hog like nothing else. Downloading updates through it is a nightmare.
