That was 0/Kiwami, the pre-order bonus for Kiwami 2 is the Clan Creator DLC pack.

There were none and were never advertised to be any. A Google image search could probably turn some up.

The Yakuza 2 related chapter of the digital manga can be read online at yakuza.sega.com/experience/comic as Chapter 5, "The Golden Palace" (spoiler for events of the game's story as with the previous, also this site can be horribly slow to load in my experience).
