Already turned it off as it hammers my frame rate. The dirty filter type thing is still there.
btw can you advise some settings for med-low graphics? like detailed one cuz I am not very good at termins like SSAO, FXAA, SSAA, I know I can google them but I 'll never know what's better in actual game
Edit: Disabled SSAO again, it works. No more screen dirt effect. Now can we crack this game's bad aliasing at 1440p with SMAA?
https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Glossary:Anti-aliasing_(AA)
Quick answer: FXAA is cheap anti-aliasing that doesn’t hit performance much while SSAA is the best but very demanding.
SSAO makes everything react better to light, I think, I don’t know how to explain that one well. The SSAO in this game is not good though.
yeah , I 've turned on FXAA and turned off SSAO , at least now I have 40 fps)
and yes this PORT is RUINED.
its astonishing how a bad port can make a "good looking" game look so ugly.
reminds me of a bad ps3 port. when i watch videos on youtube it looks really good (i guess they played on the technically superior playstation 4) and then i load my savegame and it just looks like crap. i get some weird graphics glitches that are hard to describe on top of the usual aliasing from hell and flickering and what not.
certain textures are strangely blurry and "fuzzy". even with DoF disabled.
without supersampling it just doesnt look good and its a strain on the eyes. but supersampling tanks my fps like it does for many other players.
(and even if i configure the game to run at a low supersampling setting and enable the 30fps lock the game just stutters.)
im uninstalling and waiting for a sale on the PSN store.
not gonna buy any yakuza games for the PC any time soon.
they obviously cant be trusted to ship decent ports. a decent port. thats all i expected.
a port that isnt totally inferior to the ps4 version. a port without problems.
could have been locket at 30 and i would have been fine with it.
