We’ve made a couple of small fixes that we’ve uploaded to the beta branch:

• Fixed a potential issue where Xinput devices can cause high CPU usage.

abandoned with the highest rating of the 3 games

that's less a sega problem at this point, and more just steam users lowering their standards. RIP.

Don't forget, SEGA claimed 1 month ago that Yakuza is a multi-platform series so it should be expected some decent support on the pc ports which is not the case, they don't even try to communicate with us about the state of the game and its critical bugs after almost 3 months or something. I'll never preorder again a game from RGG or even a port from qloc unfortunately.
This is simply painful. These crashes seem to be a running theme throughout this thread from launch. Personally started just a week ago after having a brilliant time with Zero and Kiwami 1 (porrted by Lab42) only to get a rude, hard stop with Kiwami 2's crashing issues. Knowing that the engine in use is far more advanced I even started out play by toning down settings running on Medium Shadows and moderate AF of 8X, AA at SMAA but High Quality Textures to make full use of my RX480's VRAM.

Got to Chapter 3 and just like the story at that point; everything just went rather pear-shaped. If SEGA Dev gets to see this, I hope you all understand that launch problems are not unusual, they are even expected at times. The problem is the silence in the face of these problems (and possible solutions) being suggested to you. There are modder threads on here that do exactly that. Very clearly.
Discovered a bug. Not really performance related, dunno if it's even exclusive to the steam release. I'll post it here anyway just because I can't find any discussion on it.

There's a softlock that is very easy to recreate. It seems that during certain segments of the game (like in the image linked below), performing a second charged attack via the skill 'Lotus Fists of Fury' causes Kiryu to get stuck in the animation. During this, I can spin around, attempt to charge an attack giving off the blue particle effects (although it won't release) and pause the game to do whatever. The enemy in the image is still able to attack Kiryu, although Kiryu seems to be immune to grabs. Waiting for Kiryu to die works as expected, although as I'm on legend difficulty I'm better off exiting to the title screen manually.

Yup. It was today by the time I made that comment
There was a Test 6 hours ago as of this comment, indicating they are already testing a patch. Would love to hear directly from them on here, though.

Please add Russian subtitles to the game, or give the opportunity to independently replace the existing subtitles with Russian ones, that is, add the ability to translate the game into any language into the game by embedding a translation program in it that will work like this, while playing the game, click on not translated subtitles pause, move the mouse cursor over the window near the subtitles to be translated, press the left mouse button, print the translation in the window, click save and click remove from pause, and when you play again, you can already see your translation, but what b it was possible to see the original as well.
This game still needs a lot of work! The optimisation is terrible, even with my rig, and the game is still prone to crash at random.
Any word on the broken reflections on rivers?
