Yet, the top pinned post is how to play the game online.
Ok, then.
You have heard from the very first day that EVERYONE wants online play, matchmaking, to have fun even with randoms. Yet you disregard every single post by saying we thought that you didn't want to play online, only LOCAL with your friends! Sorry but we're not going to do it as it defeats the purpose of having local interactions.
Then when Steam Remote Play Together came out soon you started saying that + you can still play this online now with Steam Remote Play Together! Go and try it!
Steam Remote Play Together is NOT the solution for this. A lot of people still don't have access to fast internet speeds due different countries, areas within a city and etc. Although I've found success in playing some games with it, the slight delays, requiring a fast internet speed, and distance really make it hard to play.
I've read the reviews (which aren't flattering). I've discovered in this thread that multiplayer has been added. (As an aside...how is local multiplayer supposed to work? Wouldn't the other players see the cards in your hand???)
Anyway, I work in IT so I'm sure I can figure out this setup for Steam remote play. Our friend we used to play with isn't necessarily that tech literate. He doesn't even have Steam.
I realize he'd have to install Steam, but is this something that would otherwise be straightforward?
Questions for the players: The reviews on this game are horrendous. Does the online multiplayer make this better? Is it even worth it? Or would a different online multiplayer game be better until there's a vaccine?
