Exact 1:1 Stat level up guide per character?
I'm looking for a guide for each class & character which gives me exact stats to level up, not general suggestions. My party is Kevin (me), Charlotte, & Hawkeye. I'm near the beginning of the game. Every guide I see is more like guidelines. I'm looking for literally EXACT, 1:1, stat placement for my party but also all characters & their respective classes.

You're probably not going to find any such guide, or at least not any good one. There's way too many variables involved.

Exact party comp, classes, roles within these classes.
Who you're mainly going to play as.
NG or NG+ (you're not going to need the same abilities if you start with Obsidian Power, or dozens of every black market items).
How fast you're going through the game, are you farming, rushing? Take Angela for example, there's no reason to unlock her earth spells before you get Gnome, or fire spells before Salamando; such a guide would imply you get each spirit at an exact, specific level.

Closest I've seen were Punda-senpai's guides for each character here on Steam, but that's still probably not what you're looking for.

The influence of stat bonuses in a character's training menu are small; the real treats are the abilities that are unlocked.

You're thinking about this way too hard. By the end of the game, everyone is 99 in all stats. Just level up whatever stat has the skills you want.

At level 99, you wil have unlocked everything in the game. The level up is more about prioritizing and less about speccing, your class choice is more relevant than whatever stat you're leveling.

The game isn't that complex that you need a perfect plan. Just enjoy and go full roleplay.

Furthermore you reach Beiser relatively soon in the game, and you can reset your training points there, if need be. That is usual to do it frequently with Angela, since she cannot unlock all her available spells until quite late in the game. Before that, she needs to retrain for being optimized for each boss. (Optimizing for bosses is overkill on Hard or lower difficulties, no need to bother with it.)

Better concentrate on choosing classes that you like. That can be reset too, but much later in the game, and it requires a consumable in short supply.
