no, skill points dont reset on class change. you need to go to the night market and speak with the fake fortune teller to respec points.
as for point 2
no Idea haven't reset my classes.
So reseting isn't something you think about when playing, it's mostly for postgame building and to prepare for newgame+ (since class passives can be passed through newgame+, under certain conditions).
Also, a lv 99 char will have enough points to unlock everything, so you don't really need to hoard points. Used them.
In the case you don't think you'll like the new class, just save before class change and try stuff out. Just reload if you think you don't like it. But unless you play on very hard or no future mode, class composition isn't that important, the chars will be strong enough to fight anything coming.
I play Kevin as main char and I reached lvl 13, I have 6 in Strenght and 6 in Defence; should I keep my future stats point to keep increasing thoses stats later or is it important to rise luck, wisdom and intellgence too ?
Depends on your build and how you'll evolve your class. You'll need wisdom for the 2nd class change for the luna/dryad skills, especially if you go light/light (AC buff) or dark/dark (crit buff) (the other 2 get sabers, so depending on your build you might not need them and will prefer just getting more attack and more luck). You'll need defence for the 1st class change if you go light for the attack buff and wisdom too if you want the light heal.
Also don't forget that a lv 99 has enough points to get everything so it's not like you'll miss stuff.
At lv 18 and 38 you'll get a class change. You'll choose to go a light path or a dark path both times. So by lv 38 you have 4 combinations, light/light, light/dark, dark/light and dark/dark. What it means depends on the char.
For kevin it's like this :
At level 18 light path is the monk class. Dark path is the brawler class.
- Monk class is more support/class attack oriented, you get access to heal if you go the wisdom stat route and a self attack buff if you go in defence, you also have a good lot of class attack passives.
- Brawler is a pure warrior class, you get no spells but you have access to attack and crit passives.
At level 38 it goes like this, The monk evolutions will get a single Wood magic spell and the brawler evolution will get a moon magic spell. The spell depends on the light/dark combination.
Divine fist (light/light) get a CA generation buff spell (ideally you want to turn kevin into a class attack spammer).
Warrior monk (light/dark) gets the wood saber (mp absorption), so it's a support attack class (you get to regen hp with heal and mp with wood saber).
Enlightened (dark/light) gets the moon saber (hp absorption), so it's a kind of dps class, you regen while you hit build.
Fatal fist (dark/dark) gets the crit buff spell and it's pretty much a crit killing machine.
final question:
-how far back do you reset when you use the item to reset or change your class? Such as if i go starlancer riez ( light/ dark is it> ) can i change to dark/dark after or does it only go back to your original first class? I am still confused on how far back do you get to change to. Is it back to original no class when you reset?
