The game is between 23-30 hours but there are three different endings. You could perceive it as ~90 hours. Different character combinations change the ending/final dungeon.

i heard that the story has differnt "routes" but if its the same gist forevery story but different perspectives and same dungeons is it really worth it

Depends on how you count. 30 per playthrough, but since there are 3 stories you'll have to play 3 times to see all dungeons (every story has at least 1 unique dungeon and several unique bosses) and final bosses. so it's closer to 60-80hrs.
Not counting the fact that your party formation and classes will change the gameplay a lot since you won't have access to certain spells or passives.

Your characters are paired off into certain story routes so some things will play out a bit differently at the end depending on who you have and what combination of this and that but like... no don't worry about seeing all of that.

You could wring 60 hours out of this game, but it's still ~25 at heart.

The original Seiken Densetsu 3 was roughly 20-30 hours. SInce there is supposed to be somekinda postgame and 4th classes, it stands to reason this will be at least as long if not slightly longer.
