tbh, it's just a little shame there's not config guide on "Guides" onglet :(
and...i see a video comparaison on Switch,PS4 and steam
i can tell you i'm felling upset that PS4 Pro's have + details that PC (here or i have PS4 normal + i will have powerful PC later)
1) open it
2) put this inside:
MotionBlur=False
DepthOFField=False
Bloom=True
UseHighQualityBloom=True
LensFlares=True
DynamicShadows=True
UseVSync=True
3) save file and copy protect it.
...? sg.TextureQuality=3,etc...
what is the maximum ? 6 or just 3 ?
I'll loved to put DA_FLOW's response as a second valid respond
Square Enix must know PC can make details more gorgeous (Like for FFXV PC version)
Here, i have felling hes have eyes just for PS4 Pro :(
