Can't move to the key Y

I just start a new game but i can't move to the key Y at the beginning.
What can I do?

Are you using a german keyboard? If so, you can switch it in settings.

I’m using english keyboard. I try to play on other computer but it’s still has the same problem.

Maybe you accidentally switched a keyboard layout in settings? It should be QWERTY if you're using a normal keyboard.

I check my keyboard setting. It's QWERTY.
I play Keyg on my old computer before. That time the game worked.
Yesterday I redownload Keyg on my old computer and it has the same "Y" problem too.

I find out some thing ! Key Y and Z is opposite (or switch? swap I don't know the word to
describe). When I press Z it moves to Y's place but the display on the screen is Z

Now I know why you ask me if i'm using german keyboard. But I'm pretty sure i'm using english keyboard and my setting is QWERTY.

I know where is the problem. I didn't know I miss click the setting in the game.
