where is the game?

I started the game after quite a while, to play it and i got this message every time i tried to start a raid or just a normal game.... "Unable to start game. Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". playing the tutorial and then it just ends. not sure how you win the game. i see the point of building up higher power to get stuff going. about to run thru it again. ok so you want the most points at the top of the screen where you see the 2 main hero.

Spent money on this game (after playing it for awhile) and now I can't play, couldn't connect to any game because I was actively refused. Tried raid, tried mythic, tried quick game. nothing. Tried mobile, tried steam, still nothing. Ohhh, it takes shards or whatever the in game currency is called but not allowed to play. Then tried to see if it was fixed this morning and can't even get past the loading logo screen....

Started the game. Downloading assets, then i get error "battleboardcavein.ab.manifest was not found". Then retry. And then I am in the loop. Anybody knows how to fix it? I tried verify game from Steam.
