how do i repair my weapons?

so i made weapon repair kits.. but no idea how to actually repair my guns?

It has been awhile but if I remember correctly You do not repair weapons you Upgrade them - The kit is One component needed for this process.
Try the upgrade option on one of your weapons it will show you what you need - Most importantly you need to have found the appropriate Tech manual for that weapon type
