Finding and Upgrading Psi-Weapons
How and when I can get the upgraded and higher tier Psi-Weapons. I am at Magellan now after the incident. I have visited the Junk Town and Picnic area but could not find an upgrade for psi-gloves or manuals needed to upgrade them.

Yah. Thanks for the reply. I have mostly got other weapon upgrades and manuals, never anything for Psi-weapons.
