Where to find CPS? (main quest)

I need them for the main quest, but i have a hard time finding them... i really have no idea how to proceed and am completely blocked in progress.

I've found them sold by the shop on Level 2 of Magellan and also at Picnic.

You can also get it through random encounter with mobos robot..need to kill it first

A Blue Wing near the MM Truck in Magellan Level -2 sells lots of CPS. Save before entering Magellan and check him. If he is not carrying CPS, load and talk to him once more.

Thank you all. I resolved in the end by wandering around and finding secret/random encounters where i found the CPS i needed.
