Access Martin Kingsley Office

I'm trying to access Martin Kingsley's Office on level 6 administration level of Magellan but the secretary, Artemis Katsaros, states i'm not even a citizen and won't let me in.

I can sneak in and start the dialogue with Kingsley but I'd rather gain access without the security issues.

Any advice/help appreciated.

That happened to me too. Arrived in Magellan before i had the ability to hack the terminal so i lockpicked the gate instead. Everytime i wanted to talk to K i had to sneak in and drop the smokebomb skill to leave.
Don't worry though as soon as you finish the emulater step one questline the secretary will recognize you as "emulater personell" and lets you pass without fuss.
