Radiation Sickness

Does anyone have the following issue: A radiation score of 0/1000 after consuming RADFORCE yet "Radiation Sickness, Stage 1" still persists. How does a person remove this?

I saw in the Medicine skill list there is an ability to remove it, apart from that I could not find any item that would get rid of it.

You can pay to have it removed.

I cant get rid of stage 1 rad sickness with ether the low level skill or any of the starting anti rad drugs

the skill that removes the actual radiation sickness requires a blood bag.
