How do you repair things?
The weapon I was using went to 0 condition, and I can't use it anymore. I can't figure out how to fix it.

You can't right now. But there are tons of weapons in the world.

Well then maybe you shouldn't have implemented weapon durability without repair

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seriously? Why the ♥♥♥♥ do you have durability system?
gallaghan2000 Apr 19, 2020 @ 3:30pm
... Why the ♥♥♥♥ does your company have several posts about all the extra weapons in the game and additional crafting, add the loss of durability to weapons without repairs being possible and then not even let characters craft weapons beyond ridiculously excessively material happy shivs and baseball bats with nails in them. On top of that, is it just me or did the starting weapons vendor actually lose some weapons stock?

Yeah that shiv puzzled me as well. Why the ♥♥♥♥ does it need all that wood? Is it a spear? WTF?

And, in practical terms, how does this work ? As in, what steps must I take to repair ? Also, does the item need to be outright broken or only at low durability ?

There are repair kits you can find but you cannot do anything with them as of this time, right now there is no way to repair a weapon that has lost durability.

This seems like an incredible oversight, implementing durability but not the ability to restore it. One would think it's kind of a priority..
Clearly its too hard to add a slight bit of code.. that turns off the durability mechanic.. ' get gud an find more loot '.. is a perfectly responsible answer!

We will turn it off in next hotfix or make repair kits applicable. Sorry for inconvenience.
