Report a translation problem
The game was Russian developed, I'll take a guess that these formatting errors don't exist in the original language, only the English/other translations, so it'd be down to whoever's responsible for those foreign translations to sort it out. But...
From what I understand, the publisher is ignoring/rejecting patches from the now defunct developer. There is apparently a content patch which was ready several months (maybe a year) ago which was submitted to the publisher but hasn't been implemented or acknowledged in any way (people speculate one reason or another, nothing concrete or even if it exists).
The UI descriptions having inconsistencies and lacking important information is probably one such thing that could've been fixed in that patch, but it's unlikely we'll see any further updates to the game - from my understanding of situation.
You'll just have to work around it or ask advice from other players if something seems confusing.
So yeah willheart basically nailed it. I don't expect them to patch the translation issue and just horrific UI.
