anyone can give me a hint of what to do exactly? says that to fix it you need something from jared computer. where is jared computer at?

in the same room, you can use one of the mainframes to remote access it and the info you need is all in that room

I do not know if this is a bug...probably...I completed this quest exactly as Reef indicates...there is an option to load the driver on the mainframe. I'm not sure why, but I reloaded an earlier save and did some other stuff in the game. When I returned here (for the first time) for whatever reason the option did not present itself. No idea why...did everything the same way.

Choose to install the driver or disable the protocols to complete the quest. Either solution will work."
