For anyone having trouble getting in there is a vent in a circular depression on the right of the bunker. For anyone having trouble with the teleportation puzzle (for me) it was First room the only option. Second room the left option. Third room the middle option. Fourth and last room it was the third teleport device (If you are facing the for its the first one on the right. The one on the inside.)

To complete the quest you need to access the red public terminal. It says there is a password and another option but i just hacked it (Tech 25) and read the files you can also delete them. No idea if there are other options or what rewards or benefits there might be.

Thanks! I completely missed the terminal on my first play, and only realized later that my quest log was still open. Had to decide between going back to an old save, or trekking back and doing the teleport maze again!
