but you need BASE Contraptions skill ("original value") at least 30, for throwing grenages ability, without temporary/equipment bonuses. Hover your contraptions skill value for details
It's probably me. Or are there others like me who would appreciate something like an Encasedopedia in the game, or even a manual? I know, they are a hassle to maintain for the developers.
Hover your mouse to skill value, "original value" must be enough to unlock skills (30/60/90 etc).
And THEN magazines and other bonuses add skill levels to skill checks, but it doesnt work if you dont have enough skillpoints invested in the certain skill tree. For grenages throwing its 30 in Contraptions. Not overall value (with bonuses), but "original" skillpoints spent.
Wiki or manual would be nice but I hope you solved this issue now (after thorough reading).
I was sure to have 47 skill in contraptions and a grenade and still could not throw it.
However, now it works. I have still less than 60 skill in contraptions but apparently adding one point solved the issue.
