Where to find CPS?

I need to build 3 anomaly protectors to place around Maelstrom. I found one at random (no idea where) and used it to repair the guy's car at Magellan parking lot. One scientist sells some at Magellan station's lab floor, but I cannot find any more.

Is there a consistent way of getting them, other than cheating them in? Thanks.

UPDATE: shortly after posting this, I got a random encounter (that I tried to evade as well) with 3 MOBIOS, all of which had CPS on them.

It sucks that the most consistent way of getting CPS is through random chance, but oh well...

With a high enough tech skill you can get a CPS from any of the cars you can use to drive around places. If you dont have enough you can get temporary skill points by using magazines +20 and buff gear.
