Storage chest
In the 2. second area is a chest called "Your personal chest". Is it right, that this is a safe storage chest and if so, is that chest on every map?

Ya its a safe chest with unlimited capacity… its in a weird spot but i guess it makes more sense later on in the game….and its shared with the rest so yeah its universal.

You get access to your personal stash when you rest in the overhead map.
