Ranks need to be removed. (General Ranting as well.)

There's already a small player base, and at higher ranks it's all bots, or just unfair 1v1's that boil your blood if you picked/own only 1 character that is just countered over and over again by the same player (Noctis VS only MM for example....) Makes this extremely un-enjoyable. I'm sitting on almost 300hrs in game, 1k games played on noctis, and can't do anything now to get real matches, or get insta-losses due to 1v1's being so crappy, or having the game put 2 real players on the other team and sticking me with 2 bots! Can we just remove ranks so we can at least have all real players for MM?

I mean, how is it fun for the player who's at Mythril and above to just lose 11 games in a row to a 2 v 1 when people at that rank are online, or just mindlessly win against bots when they aren't?! Not very appealing or fun.

Either remove ranks, (Which I doubt they ever will) or at least just make the MM around even player counts! I'd rather wait longer for a fair game, than wait 4-5mins to get curb stomped due to unfair MM! This is comically bad and you guys should feel ashamed for designing such a system!!!

I'm ready to put this game down at this point, I feel like I'm insane trying to maintain a 50% WR when the system is just designed in such a way to make you drop to 40ish with unfair MM and lack of player-base. With that in mind, you guys are aware of the low player counts! Then why force higher ranks to bot only matches with this terribad MM algorithm??? I was at a perfect 50% till Mythril, and now have dropped to 160 losses above my wins simply due to unfair match making, hackers, and mainly bots that have perfect algorithms to detect input to evade/attack. *And yes, the bots start getting cracked out in Diamond to where you can't even land an attack half the time, ending the game in a "TIME IS UP," or just a loss due to the algorithms behavior patterns being so perfect!

It's funny really... You start noticing the patterns with bot only games! Either 2 or so games the bots will be brain-dead doing circles. Or they will be super bots with the knowledge of the gods ready to end your win streak cause why not!! No real constant here, no reason to play, no reason to care anymore...


It feels like; Wins don't matter, MM doesn't matter, HECK THE GAME DON'T MATTER!!!! All that matters is selling those skins though at $19.99 (Which BTW you are mainly paying for the added dialog, so dumb TBH -__-) I'm just tired... I can see why everyone's gone!!! I'm trying to be patient, but don't see the game getting any better soon.

There has to be a way to reset rank, maybe you can do it manually on the steam folder.

It's kinda stupid tbh, PC version is legit dead and square just watching it die.

It's unfortunate that this game has the potential to be quite fun.
Rarely, you'll get pretty fun games but often, you'll go against the same people again and again. If it's not unbalanced teams, then it'll be someone who you have a laggy connection with, making the match straight up unplayable. If you do get someone else, it could be a 1v1 higher or lower ranked than you and depending on their rank, the bots almost certainly determine who'd win (dumb bots vs bots who can dodge everything + interrupt).

Personally, with matches like this, the other person would most likely tunnel me/go after me 90% of the match as MM/Shoot. I do everything to fend them off but it takes everything to try and go after the others so I'm at the mercy of my team's bots doing well. While trying to fend the other person off, the opposing bots would sometimes interrupt. Even more annoying when the bots' characters don't do well against the other opponent bots' characters. I've noticed that some characters are better than others at being bots.

Agreed, have played with you and against you several times, and can confirm what you are saying is true and annoying to see in this game. Wish we had a better system.

I usually play with my friends on custom matches, we do events and a lot of fun things in the game called saint seiya soldiers soul. We want to do the same with the dissidia, unfortunately the amount of players is scarce but gradually we are growing.

I would keep rankings but allow you to get matched with anyone. fighting a bronze is still far more enjoyable than bots

Though I wonder if this is what you're talking about that is illegal. But apparently it's just deleting the save file that's it. I doubt deleting a save file from a playstation port should ever be bannable when there are single player games in steam that use the same logic.

I'm adamant E currently, all the fights I get have 5 bots . Even some ppl that I used to see, like OP, are not matching with me anymore. I'm getting Crystal rank for the sake of finish what I started, even knowing that i'm far from be a good player.

Ever since i joined some NT communities, like Dissidia Network, I started playing custom matches, and it has been much more fun. While its true that your team can be very unbalanced since some ppl are still learning the game, the fact that i'm playing with real players makes everything much more enjoyable. Someone told me before that custom games are the right way to play Dissidia, and they were right.
