Advanced Jobs question
1) I got the Sorcerer and Warmaster jobs. What do their support skills do exactly? (I mean the numbers)

- Fortitude : Damage goes up as HP goes down
- Physical Prowess : Augments physical attack and defense during battle
- Stronger Strikes : Increases damage dealt to an enemies weak point
- Elemental Aid : Elemental attacks deal increased damage for double SP
- Augmented Elements : Increases damage dealt by elemental attacks

For example, I got (on my dedicated caster and fighter) +50 magic and strength (or whatever). Is it worth replacing these with any combination of the new ones?

2) Are the Runeblade and Starseer hard bosses? I defeated Archmagus with a cheesy strategy I found online (because it kicked my ass back last thursday), but I managed to kill Warbringer by my own.

Not really. Assuming your 'cheesy' strategy with the Archmage was to go heavy on reflecting his attacks, a similar approach will help against the Starseer. She won't hit you often enough break herself like the Archmage probably did but with a double-casting Sorcerer on-hand (assuming you earned some attacks with the Sorcerer job and have someone else who can use the Cleric's divine ability), it's not too difficult to keep her broken for most of the fight.

The only hard part of the Runelord fight is getting through two specific attacks that potentially debilitate (Sleep or Unconscious) the whole party at once. If you know they're coming, you can just equip accessories to negate those effects, use Sidestep on someone that'll live long enough to heal everyone else, or bring an Apothecary and load everyone up with Rehab to ignore the ailments (not the only ways but they're straightforward options). Between a double-casting Sorcerer and someone with an Axe and/or Bow, you should be able to break him on every turn where it's possible to do so.

In both cases, use the Hunter's Leghold Trap ability to manage the enemy turns as much as possible. If you beat the Warmaster without a Runelord-boosted Sidestep ability, you should be fine taking on the other two.

A'ight, everyone is dead, that leave the true Final Boss as the last barrier, I think?

PS: that document's rigor is impressive, it's like I was back in university.
