How does the Fleet Foot achievement work?
I've been grinding out to get the Fleet Foot achievement. I ended up doing Therion's story after I grinded so I had three lvl 60 characters. I finished his story in 50 minutes, but I was not awarded the achievement. Is it supposed to be the first story you start in order for you to get the achievement or is it any story or can i do it as like my fourth story?

I was wondering about this too. Does anyone know the time limit and if it's ALL chars or just doing 4 chapters with one?

Was Therion your main character? People who do it usually mention that they were doing solo run with merchant girl. And it is time from starting a game till you finish 4th chapter, so if you grinded a lot maybe you spent too much time on that.

I heard the limit is 8 hours:

As I understand this achievement you need to complete 4 story chapters of the first character (the one that you can't remove from the party) in less than 8 hours.

I had started with Tressa (merchant girl) but spent a million hours grinding for lone traveler (over-leveled like crazy) then went to do the Fleetfoot achievement. I guess I'll need to start a new save to do the fleet foot stuff.

So, from what I can collect, the real requirements for Fleet Foot are that you have about 8 hours from when you begin the file to complete the character's story line (the one you started with).

Strategy wise: Probably start with Tressa, run and get Cyrus, go get a couple other characters. grind grind grind, pray for Caits. Then go yeet the bosses using fully charged hired helps (and depending on how much you grind maybe you could use Aelfric's Auspices to double your hits?).

If you're strictly going for the achievement and plan to throw hired help around, you don't even need to bother grinding - the damage output of HH is completely independent of your character strength.

If you're not following the careful choreography of the 45-minute speedrunners and just trying to come in under 8 hours, you'd probably be better served by just running back and forth between Marsalim and the catacombs (or any equivalent level 45+ area) for free cash with Tressa for a few minutes and/or running around grabbing some of the freely available lump-sums of cash and high-end gear from chests and NPC's.
