Most other characters special abilities are about combat so that technically occurs in dungeons.
Olberic - Challenge, Bolster Defense
Cyrus - Scrutinize, Study Foe
Tressa - Purchase, Eye for Money
Ophilia - Guide, Summon
Primrose - Allure, Summon
Alfyn - Inquire, Concoct
Therion - Steal, Pick Lock
H'aanit - Provoke, Capture
This shows how some characters definitely have more useful path actions than some others. Therion's Steal lets you get powerful equipment for free (if your level is high enough, or you keep saving & reloading), and you should have Therion with you in dungeons since most dungeons have a purple treasure chest. Meanwhile, H'aanit's Provoke is much weaker than Olberic's Challenge, and even hurts your reputation if you lose the battle. H'aanit's monsters should scale with her level, but instead, Linde becomes useless when you progress in the game, and the other monsters have a very low number of uses.
Some of H'aanit's summons are the strongest attacks in the game. They come from rare creatures, but they're 100% worth farming. H'aanit's strength lies in being able to mold her into being useful against any enemy. I'd argue she has the strongest path skill in the game.
