Keep getting stuck on 1 section

1 section is really frustrating. I keep trying over and over again and she keeps dying
its the part where the structrures fall down and you have to climb them
and you get to a part where you are supposed to look back and jump
each time she leaps, misses the fall and dies...frustrating

Are you playing on high-refresh displays?

Framerates higher than 60 mess with the mechanics and scripting of the game sometimes. The jump arc and angles are different, some doors sometimes don't correctly open etc.

Use the control panel of your video card to limit the framerate of the game to 60.

Came back to this game and still having problems in the exact same area. i tried putting refresh rate down. didnt work. I remember playing thus on XBOX 360 and it worked fine, PC version seems a bug

Finally solved it. Turned on VSYNC and it worked. Kate grabbed the ledge and it worked. Urgh wasted 45 mins with that trying to get it to work
