Rage config location

Trying to figure out where Rage save settings are, because i uninstalled and installed again and all the changes in options are still there with the new installation. Config files must be somewhere else, not in the base folder and saved games in documents because I deleted it when uninstalled the game. Maybe in some steam folder?

For example, if installed on your Steam library on your C:\ drive by default, it would be here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rage\base\rageconfig.cfg

I was going to refer to the location noted on PCGamingWiki[www.pcgamingwiki.com], but that path seems to point to an additional "SAVES" folder below the "base" directory (in the path to game directory), which doesn't exist for me in my folder path structure.

I have problem with Reshade. When Reshade is installed all textures are messed up. What to do? What's the problem?

This is my PC's location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RAGE

I want to double the max mouse sensitivity. The sensitivity is way too low at the game's max mouse sensitivity setting for my liking.
