As for the numerous other DLCs the Twine and/or RPG Maker version of “Les 4 Alice”, “A.L.A.N” etc they are added to the Ren’py version.

Back in November 2019, I really was in a bad phase and I believed (oh so wrongly) that everything I had released on Steam was crappy/low-quality/asset-flip.

While some of my works are of a questionable quality, I won’t deny that, others are good and even my “worst work” (selling-wise) had buyers! Yes, I didn’t make much cash with them, but I had a blast doing everything and I want to do more. Take note that I won’t give new updates for the returning apps. Support will also be limited.

Unlike my previous works, which were always bilingual (French and English), ChatAid and any future stories will be English Only. Why? For simplicity’s sake.

French is my mother tongue, yes, but it’s also a very complex language compared to English, and it’s so much harder to write stories with character customization in French.

For example, I had trouble getting “neutral” words in French for Ivanoile and Nuri, since they are nonbinary. In English, it was so easy to do. “Hir”, “they”, “them”. Done.

I also got the bad habit for making a lot of typos in French, unlike in English, and getting proofreaders is difficult. (Also I’m not a very patient person and waiting for the typos fix while x story would be ready for release is really annoying!)

And, well, Steam sells all over the world and the English text is the most read. So English Only for now on.

For the current owners of “Les 4 Alice: Lorange Journey”, “A.L.A.N.: Rift Breakers” and “Entre-Deux: Cursed”, the old (removed) versions of these games will be in your library with their DLC.

If you have “Les 4 Alice: Lorange Journey”, you will get both “Les Quatre Alices [First Edition]” (made with RPG Maker MV) and “4 Alice : Lorange Journey [Second Edition]” (made with Twine).

If you have “A.L.A.N.: Rift Breakers”, you’ll get both “A.L.A.N. [First Edition]” (made with RPG Maker MV) and “Alan: Rift Breakers [Second Edition]” (made with Twine).

If you have “Entre-Deux: Cursed”, you’ll get “Entre-Deux [Second Edition]” (twine), “Dark Fairies [First Edition]” (rpg maker), “Shirina [First Edition]” (rpg maker) and “Cursed Queen : Wicked Witch [Second Edition]” (twine).

Take note these versions are for Windows 64bits and I don’t give tech support for them. They got achievements and some are translated intro other languages than French/English.

Ren’py is updated to 7.2.2.!

With the “A” key, you’ll get a menu (the accessibility screen) where you can change the default font for Dejavu Sans or Opendyslexic. The text size can also be changed.

This game is the “ultimate edition”/ remake of several stories-games, made with Twine and RPG Maker MV: “Entre-Deux [Second Edition]” (twine), “Dark Fairies [First Edition]” (rpg maker), “Shirina [First Edition]” (rpg maker) and “Cursed Queen : Wicked Witch [Second Edition]” (twine).

All those games are delisted from Steam. You can see theirs pages on SteamDB.

“Entre-Deux” is the story of “Entre-Deux” (XD).

“Dark Fairies and Cursed Queen” is the story of both “Dark Fairies” and “Cursed Queen, Wicked Witch”.

“Witch and Seimoya” is the extended story of both “Shirina” and “Cursed Queen, Wicked Witch”.

An small update had been done to make the character POW’ name appears on top of the text window.
