i am unable to sprint or run

what so i do in order to run or sprint with. VR controller?
Iam currently using PICO 4.

Same, I also have a Pico 4, I finished this game completely before, but I tried replaying in the past few months and it doesn't let me sprint no matter what, no matter how many bindings I try to change or compatibility modes. I think it's related to the changes they're making to SteamVR and I'm hoping they fix this eventually.

Hold on,i try to double tap forward the left Analog an it work,i know this because i accidentally always sprinting when playing

I tried that also but it didn't work for me. I went into controls and the game seems to be forced to detect my controllers as Vive wands for some reason, I tried changing my controllers to be recognized as anything but that but it doesn't seem to work. The controls also have some different options for movement that never seemed to exist before, but two of them still don't let me sprint, and then the last one forces me to sprint all the time but without being able to move normally. I've tried for a half hour to change the controls in Steam every way I could and nothing changed it.

Maybe try reset to default? i too use vive controller settings
i just double tap then hold down forward,or sometimes i just use both my hand to double tap.
you must attempt a few times though,it work eventually

I tried going back to defaults for everything and fiddling with the control settings and bindings and compatibility modes again, and I even backdated SteamVR to 1.25, and it still isn't working. I think it has something to do with this game in particular, because other games that gave me this problem I was able to use compatibility modes to make them work, but this game just won't take no matter what.

Well i use pico4 too,didn't do anything control setting and compability stuff.
I just double tap the analog when i move to run.

I've tried that also with no changes to controls or compatibility, I set everything to the defaults, but it still wouldn't sprint. I feel like changing anything broke sprinting permanently. I'm hoping they can somehow fix this, because it makes the game unplayable now.
