Like the first guy said, should try to buy it on Steam if its not exclusive because if you get different brand of vr...you would still be able to play those vr games that you bought on Steam. If you bought from Oculus, it stays in your Oculus account for all your Oculus vr headset(s)...
However, I made my first "mistake" by exploring Oculus store first and bought Saint & Sinners from there but am kind of glad that I did. Why? Because I was able to play it using just Oculus on 5ghz wifi without issues...anywhere. We were able to run around in our fenced backyard. I could even take it over to friends to play.
As for VR on steam, you would have to stay linked up on SteamVR with cable if you want good quality and experience. Air Link with SteamVR kinda sucky at the moment.
So think about pros and cons before buying every vr game.
Yes I know that a lot of Quest games will get you the Rfit version as well (from the Oculus desktop app), but the games are usually cheaper on Steam where there's a sale.
If you bought it on here, you'd have to link up using steam vr by using cable to play games from steam library...unless you have good wifi then you could ditch the cable and use Airlink.
Wifi 5gh would be sufficient enough but you would encounter some terrible blurriness and lag using steamVR...idk about PC VR as i don't use it...
But I am using wifi 6 and enjoy playing it free roaming in play room or outside without cable and there is no lag nor blur.
If bought on quest store and downloaded it into your Quest, you can play take it with you to anywhere and show off to your friends if they have wifi. Doesn't need steam etc.
