Sinners Mode

I recently found out about the new sinners mode and it looks really cool. However, I don't know how to activate it. I understand that I am supposed to go to "C:/users/your name/appdata/local/TWD/Saved/config/windowsNoEditor" in order to change something to "True" but I have no idea where that is or how to get there. To my frustration there also isn't any tutorials or videos that I could find online as to learn how to do this. Do I go through my computer files? Is it something through steam? I have no idea. Can someone please help me?

Yes, I read that description too. But where do I go to find the "C:/users..." thing, how do I access those files or where are they located? I understand how to enable it through the files, I'd like to know how to get to those files.

Those files are exactly in the location he told you "C:users...". C/ is usually your main drive, go there, look for the game files and modify them. Unless that folder is hidden by default on your computer in which case you should make hidden folders visible first it shouldn't be hard to find at all, just use your explorer to go and find it the same as you would go and find any other files on your PC.

Thank you for the better description, I got as far as my name but couldn't find any folders named appdata. Could this be the invisible folders you were mentioning? If so, how do I make them visible?

Update: I figured it out by plugging the name into the folder search thing and it brought me there even though I couldn't see it. Thank you for helping me figure it out.

Once you open the game settings, about half way down, there is a line that says bSinners= False. Change the false to true and save. (or Ctrl+S) Hop back into the game (maybe restart) and there should be all the cheats in the pause menu.

This doesnt seem to work for me, ive turned it to true but if i run the game there is no cheat menu and my hands arent becoming weapons
