Cheap flashlight.
Why is the flashlight so darn useless. I could make more light with my bum cheeks.

I don't know anyone able to make light with their @ but the flashlight is useless and I've noticed that almost all flashlight have a wide beam but in this game when you need one you have a straight beam one, which IRL would cost you more but this cheap one has one ;)

What headset are you using? I was trying to adjust the brightness and such, and I found this on Reddit, it tweaked the lighting a bit to make the darks look better but it also made the flashlight stronger. Try it out.

Yeah it is attached to your chest, and sadly it doesn't lean forward when you do since there's no way to track that kind of movement. I wonder if it acts differently for people who have full-body tracking actually or at least a waist tracker.. but I guess that depends on whether or not the game supports full body tracking at all as well, which is probably not.

I installed this fix but can't say for sure if it's any better or not. Thanks for the link.

I guess it depends on your headset, but I did notice a small difference on the rift S. I changed it and then back and then changed it again just to test (I should have taken screenshots actually). The colors appear slightly more lively and the flashlight was brighter at least, but it seems to have made the darks a lot better, which was the best part for me.

Same, Rift S. I have notice cupboards are brighter with light clipped to your chest. Before you would see F all when in cupboards. So yeah. I think it's working.
