Herd on a no herd event - Is this intentional?

If you die on a "No herd stired" event, then you can get the countdown on your clock, and eventually the herd too, after death. I'm not sure, if you need to take a considerate amount of time, but it's a thing

Yea, this is pretty easy to reproduce. After death, the clock starts. Happened to me today on "The Shallows", which is a pretty small map in my opinion, so probably there is no need to waste much time for this.

I just got this myself. I was in an area with “no herd stired” then died. I got my pack really fast and before I knew what was happening my timer went off and so did the bells.
