Can't get the 'safe in the blue palace' blueprint :(

I have completed the story and got every blueprint except from the 'code in blue palace' and '?' blueprints and i can't seem to figure out a way to get the code to open the safe in the blue palace. I'm pretty certain i did that husband quest but i guess not and now im stuck and have no clue how to get this blueprint. Any ideas?

If you did the quest, the code will be in your notebook.

I did not to do any of these things. She just asked me to do her husband and bring the ring back. 5 minutes later I had the code and on my 2nd visit to the blue house (after realising that palace must be that house) I got 9mm ammo receipe and beretta.

Better late than never : if you fail the quest (didn't get the code from the npc), you can get the code in Via Corrola, in the yellow house (check your map). For me, the paper with the code was on the big diner table. It seems it can spawn at random spot... but you can get it there! Good luck!
