Unofficial mod support?
I don't think there will be official mod support, but do you think unofficial mods will come, since this is based on the UE4? I see a ton of possibilities with this 😮

It’s a matter of someone with motivation and smarts about decrypting the binaries or hex code I forget. All I know is that’s how Skyrim ve modders did it.

I can make mods for it. But I'm going to ask their permission first. Although, what you're looking for is a save game editor. I haven't tried this yet but can have a go. I should warn you it will make you bored of the game pretty quick though

i want something like blade and sorcery, mods you can add to enhance experience, maybe strong zombies, laser eyes, minigun mods etc. a lot of potential great mods would make this game the best and help me come back to it

I would like to skip all the 'scary' induction of close dark spaces and monsters spawning in my ears. I just wanna play with the world and occasionally shoot stuff. I've been looking for cheats for days I hate all the running at my face.

I guess if you could turn detection off so your character was invisible to the ai you could have that experience. Maybe look for a trainer that does that,

I have found a trainer (cheat software) online that can make you invincible, unlimited ammo and also forbids the zombies to grab the player. I have been using it myself sometimes and can only recommend it. Just open your game and load the game and wait until you spawn. Then open the trainer, allow the pop up and then choose the cheats you wanna use with the Hotkeys

Does a multiplayer mod exist i think it would be really fun to play with my friends

Certain things could be easily added I think. Just a few things I would love, if its a mod or update or trainer and sorry in advance for the huge post i tend to rant

1 - ability to slow or stop the timer. sometimes i wanna just sneak around and kill and steal. no big worry about that beep beep run away moment. a slider for "time limit" or toggle

2 - being able to adjust my hud. sometimes trying to reload a revolver is a CHORE. moving my ammo belt would fix that 100% lots of games let you at least move things in/out and up/down (check out star wars: tales from the galaxys edge for example)

3 - kind of a big thing but basically mod support. would be cool to have a level editor to make a survival map where you could "hold down the fort". have your benches inside a house and just bottleneck walkers til u die

4- maybe even a way to adjust the stamina drain. about double stamina would make a more casual session enjoyable (my son has a hard time) i know a lot of people always wanted that

Number 1 and 2 i have wanted since after my first playthrough. if it comes official or unofficial i would be thrilled to try it out. i have played with the trainer to run around with no stam or unlimited ammo. i tried sinner mode that was fun too. but a few little things would give a lot of replay value beyond what there is now. just new ways to play the game.
i mean, time limit hardly matters when u got a full backpack anyway. so let me roam around on a killing spree without having "the next wave" start while im trying to take a minute for myself. same with trials. it is great but, lemme breathe between rounds if i want a less intense experience. some days i wanna kill stuff but like... calmly lol. and the HUD adjustments would just help people of all shapes and sized have an easier time.
EDIT: oh and the guy mentioned multiplayer, i dont have friends that game anymore but, im sure some people would love that. even if just for the trials

I just cut a video on how to convert the save files to a readable JSON format and how you can modify some values in the original binary save,

the trainer has been around for a long time. its more like cheats than mods. it is fun to turn off stamina though lol

My question is , can you use that to choose how far you are in the save? Say I beat the game , now I want to make it a new game plus? Is there a way in the save file I can choose the beginning of the game but keep my current stuff ? If that makes sense

I would love to see a mod that increases the size of the backpack, cus i'm a bit of a klepto in games and hate leaving anything behind. besides, it should be easy, just add more tabs.

Game is made in Unreal Engine. Anyone that has UE skills can make whatever they like.
i don't have ANY skills.
