i bought the tourist edition, don't you suppose to get the soundtrack? i saw a file in the games folder but nothing in it.

Yes, of course it's fraud, contact a lawyer asap, I'm sure it will scare them and they will fix it when they receive that class action lawsuit from all those affected once all arrangements have been made. Except it's most likely a honest mistake that will be resolved soon enough when it actually comes to their attention (no they don't necessarily read every random forum thread, have you tried e-mailing them or asking on their twitter or whatever else without accusing them but rather with a polite question?) long before you set all those things in motion and you'll have wasted time and money doing that for no reason, as if they have anything at all to gain from not giving you that.

It's been more than a week - sure the devs know if soundtrack is working or not.

I can live without the soundtrack, wonder how it goes with those having paid $150 for the Tower Edition, yes maybe they will need a lawyer, lol

Btw, just checked Discord, seems the devs said Jan 23 that the soundtrack is coming later - but that's more than a week ago.

Currently devs are selling Tourist Edition dlc for $10, where the soundtrack may be considered the main value, but for now you don't get what you've paid for - I could accept that much better, if devs had provided an official statement about the soundtrack being delyed and soon available.

Just received a response from Skydance and they are currently mastering the soundtrack and will make an announcement when it's ready.
