Is there anyway you can change the controls? as its making me feel sick. play on the VIVE.
Is there not an option to teleport other than move around?

i personally think teleport should be in most games, it just works so well, arizona sunshine is fantastic i could stay there all day and not get sick and its a great fps to this date ( looking foward to the new game they bringing out this year as well ), fro single player games i dont see why teleport cant be an option, gives the players more choice and opens it up to more people. Not tried this game yet as still downloading , but if its like other games movement may be a problem, time will tell.

Yes. It is a problem for me massive.
I cant see an option to have teleport in there at the moment what is annoying as i cant play.

Practice and you won't get sick anymore. Then you can enjoy non teleporting games. Took me weeks to get used to it. Just try over and over, every day, 10 or 20 minutes at a time.

Just keep playing with normal movement and sickness will gone. Its just about get used to it.

Teleport is a crutch. Once you get used to smooth locomotion, you'll NEVER want to go back.
Here's my advice for you to get used to it:
- Play for limited bouts of time. Stop playing immediately when you feel uncomfortable. There's no need to force yourself through it.
- Take a break.
- Return to the game only when you feel 100% good.
- Rinse and repeat. You'll find that you'll be able to play for longer before you feel sick, until you don't feel sick anymore.

There are a handful of sickness options to help locomotion be kinder on sensitive stomachs. The option to teleport would lower if not completely destroy the tense action of trying to run away.

Having only had VR headset for about a month or so now, this is one suggestion that hilds true, at least for me. I started out at maybe 15 minutes per day for a week or so and slowly increasing. I can go about an hour now before stopping for about half hour or so.

I’ve had my CV1 for over a month now and I did the exact same thing.
I’m never really hurled because of motion sickness before. My first experience was with Arizona Sunshine in smooth locomotion and when I pressed the stick up the first time, it felt like my soul didn’t to be in my body anymore.
It’s like the same feeling you get when you ride a rollercoaster.
I just brute it out. I played for an hour or so only using smooth locomotion, occasionally taking breaks to wipe the sweat buildup off my HMD.

Also, when moving in smooth locomotion, move your body along with your character pretending to be walking in place with your arms swinging.
This helped me.
Trick your brain into thinking your body really is moving then when you get used, you can move in smooth locomotion while standing completely still.

Now, I can play for 3hrs or so in smooth locomotion and not feel sick.

The very first game i played was Blade and sorcery...omfg i was nuts, dizzy, and sick of it. Yeah i was like floating all over the place.
So i stopped, and for some days thinking in selling my headset. then read some comments, and started playing in short ammounts of time. The next game i tried was The Lab. Which is for me, the best of the best. Really good looking game, with minui-games, enough to try, and enjoy. with teleporting, and some stuff that will help u put with motion sickness. thenn...oh well i played Assetto corsa (car sim). ok that was rude for my brain, but at the same time a wonder. Next? well airship simulator: VTOL. Wow that game is your fix for nausea. U can go 6dof, and having a blast. So there are my recommendations. Start slowly, adn add more immersive games (hard level ones) to your cart. - remember, 1 at a time. and little dossis of them.
now i can play almost all games and no issues. yes even lone echo! :cozybethesda:

lone echo is game that i can handle with minor discomfort, since you float in space. I will have more discomfort with this game tho, like with any other game that involves walking/running.

I really can't be asked to train something for my entertainment, especially because motion sickness is a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ feeling. So yeah I'll just skip on this one, i do understand why they didn't implement it tho, it would make the game too easy. I still would have bought it tho, now I won't.

I refunded it partly because of lack of teleport. Combined with the camera sliding all over the place. The game was making me sick.

I don't know why people still proclaim that lie. I love teleport and dash movement. If I could teleport in real life, I would.

For allot of people it helps if you need to move your arms to get around. I am using Natural Locomotion for all of my games. It only works with steam VR games. Only for Rift users, this game will start but runs using Oculus SDK. (So it won't work with NaLo, they are working on making it Oculus SDK compatible)

Ones you get used to this kind of Locomotion it's feels allot more immersive then sliding with regular smooth Locomotion and no more nauseous. Atleast for me it worked 100%.

Bruh have you used and gotten used to smooth locomotion? If you haven't then you don't understand how much teleportation ruins most experiences

I've been playing this game for 6 hours....you don't get it do you? I am not you, I don't prefer the same things you do.I don't think teleportation or DASH movement if done right ruins anything.
